A solid base made of sturdy foam, covered with a black and white striped cotton fabric.
Elaborately decorated with black feathers, a column trim, a satin bow, lace, and a cameo with an artificial bird skull.
The underside is also covered with fabric, hand-stitched, and equipped with 2 alligator clips. This allows the headpiece to be easily and securely attached to the hair.
