A solid base made of sturdy foam, covered with a mustard yellow cotton fabric. Richly decorated with a large flower and artificial rose hips.
The underside is also covered with fabric, hand-stitched, and fitted with 2 alligator clips. This allows the headpiece to be easily and securely attached to the hair.
